If you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed, you can do so, provided the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Follow the simple steps below to cancel the order –
Login to “My account” -& “My Order“ & “Cancel Order“.

• Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and execution of the Package has not started already.

Once the cancellation has been processed, the money will be refunded to the same account used to make the payment, within 4 to 5 business days.
